I am an elementary school teacher and I was so thrilled to find this book!! At school we spend time every week talking about how we can help create a kind and caring community around us, and this book is a wonderful way to get students talking. Every dog in the book has life experiences students can relate to, as well as having different gifts they share with the other dogs. The students were making all kinds of connections, laughing out loud, and couldn’t wait to read it again themselves!
